You can benefit from our online single payment or online installment options with any of your credit cards. At the end of your online payment, the amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of possible order cancellations or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days. - Order Refunds
In case of cancellation of your orders for any reason, ZÇGÇ TEKSTİL VE AKSESUARLARI SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our financial officers. - Delivery
We strive to ship the products you ordered on the same day. For products that take longer to procure, the shipping time is 3 business days as indicated in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.
To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you specified at the end of the order. Products will be sent from our Istanbul-based company via courier companies (Aras, MNG, Sürat, UPS, etc.). Your orders will be handed over to the courier company at the latest within 2 (two) business days after approval.
You can consult with our customer representative about different delivery conditions. Additionally, courier deliveries are only valid for Turkey. - Payment Tracking
If the system cannot process the transaction due to any issue, our visitor will be informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.
If there is an error in the specified address and the delivery cannot be made, the orderer will be contacted regarding the undeliverable order.

If you believe that the package was damaged during shipment, please open and check the package in the presence of the courier company representative. If you believe that the product is damaged, do not accept the package and ask the courier company to prepare a damage report.
Once the product is received, it is accepted that the courier company has fully fulfilled its duty.
